Give

Charitable giving is the foundation of Christian education, because charity in the fuller sense is the beginning and end of Christian teaching and the Christian life. A Christian academic institution can neither start nor continue without charitable giving. This giving could include financial endowments or giving nonliquid assets which could assist the college in acquiring resources to build. We ask that you prayerfully consider charitably giving to Chesterton College. Donors can make one-time contributions or monthly contributions. And because Chesterton College is a not-for-profit academic institution, your donation is tax-deductible. Below are several endowment programs we'd like for you to consider. What do you want to see thrive at Chesterton College, in Baton Rouge, in Louisiana, and in the Christian Church?

Endowment Opportunities

Become a Guardian, Patron, or Friend in any of the below endowment opportunities:
Guardian $10,000
Patron $5,000
Friend $1,000

Aesthetics and Art
The Aesthetics and Art endowment will be used to support and promote our art, music, and aesthetics curriculum, commissioning artists and hiring and retaining quality course instructors as well as hosting art events in our community.

Library and Study Center
The Library and Study Center endowment will be used to build and maintain a library and study center as part of our academic work. This fund will be used to build and stock the library and study center with great academic, aesthetic, and theological resources.

Facilities and Culture
The Facilities and Culture endowment will be used to build and maintain our academic space, including our classrooms, our current building, administrative offices, and our plans for future facilities.

Lifelong Learner Scholarship
The Lifelong Learner Scholarship endowment will be used to assist students who meet the requirements for being a lifelong learner. This fund will be used to offset their tuition and provide merit-based scholarships.

Gap Year Scholarship
The Gap Year Scholarship endowment will be used to assist students who meet the requirements for being a gap year student, a student freshly out of high school and wanting to take a year of study and discernment before committing to the next stage of their life. This fund will be used to offset their tuition and provide merit-based scholarships.

Clergy Scholarship
The Clergy Scholarship endowment will be used to assist full-time clergy who would like to take courses at Chesterton College. This fund will be used to offset their tuition and provide merit-based scholarships.
